What is Mobileshop Cyprus?
Mobileshop.com.cy is an online store that focuses on selling cool mobile phones and other electronic products which you cannot find anywhere else in Cyprus.
We do our best to maintain prices as low as possible, with most of our products selling for less than €150. Our online shop is the #1 place in Cyprus where
you can find mobile phones with TV players, Dual Sim, Motion Sensors, WIFI Internet, Magic Voice System and more. We also sell high quality MP3/MP4 players
with many more features than the usual players you will find elsewhere, spy pen cameras and other spy gadgets, cell phone accessories and bluetooth earphones at the
cheapest prices around.

Products
Why are the prices so low? Similar products sell for more than twice the price elsewhere.
There are several reasons why we can keep our prices so low.
- Our products are not famous brands, so you only pay for the product, not the name.
- We import all the products ourselves, and negotiate the best price with our suppliers.
- We don't maintain stores which have high running costs, only our warehouse where we deliver from.
- We are sole distributors of many of the products we offer, so we decide the prices.
- Our goal is to provide the best products at the best price, and that's what we do.
Do you have a store where I can come and see the products?
No, we do not have a shop where customers can visit and see or buy the products. This is one of the main
reasons why our products are so cheap. We do our best to describe our products as accurately as possible, and
we have included real life pictures and videos of the products in action. This way you can have a very good
idea of what you are going to buy without having to see it.
Do you test the products before shipping them?
Yes we do. Each product goes through three (3) separate quality tests before reaching the customer.
They are tested by the manufacturer, the supplier and us. We actually turn every product on and
thoroughly check all of its feature to make sure everything is functioning well.
Do your products have the necessary regulatory certificates?
Yes. All of our products have the necessary Certificate of Conformity (CE) which certifies that the
product is of superior quality and is safe for use.
Do your products have a warranty?
Of course, or else we wouldn't be selling them. All our products are covered by a 6 month warranty from the date of purchase. If any product is found to
be defective within 7 days we will replace it for you with a new one. The product must be returned in original condition, together with all accessories and packages.
We retain the right not to accept products which are found to be in unsuitable condition.
For the rest of the 6 month period we will repair your defective product free of charge. The repair process may take up to 30 days depending on availability of spare parts. The warranty does not cover the batteries or damage caused by misuse of the
product.
Do you repair damaged products?
We do not maintain a technical department to repair damaged products. Any products found defective are shipped back to our suppliers.
If a product is damaged during use, it can be repaired by most cell phone and electrical technicians in the market. If you cannot find a technician to repair your phone, we will happily arrange the repair for you. The repair procedure may take between 15-30 days depending on availability of spare parts and has a minimum cost of €15.

Do I need a credit card to order?

- No. Since we offer a "cash on delivery" payment method, you do not need a credit card to order. If you wish to pay using a different method such as PayPal then you will need a credit card.
International Customers
- Yes. You will need a credit card in order to purchase from our site using PayPal.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled without a problem if they have not been delivered/shipped yet. If you would like to cancel your order please email us using the
contact form on our site. In the message write "Cancel Order [order number]". We will contact you to issue a refund
if you have already paid. We will refund the paid amount minus all bank charges. Orders which have already been delivered/shipped cannot be cancelled.
Returns
I don't like the product I received. Can I return it?
No. Only defective products may be returned.
Due to the nature of the products we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as: "I didn't like it", "I like the new one on your site", "It isn't as I expected" etc. We do our very best to describe the products as accurately as possible, including real life pictures and videos of most products in action. Please make sure that you study an item thoroughly before buying.

My product is defective, what do I do?
If a product is defective you must return it for replacement or repair.
If it is returned within 7 days of purchase we will replace it for you. The product must be returned in original condition, together with all accessories and packages. We retain the right not to accept products which are found to be in unsuitable condition. If the product is returned during the 6 month warranty period we will repair it free of charge. As an online business, we aim to provide a Returns service that is totally hassle-free for you.

Please note it is very important that when you return an item, we know the order number it relates to and your details. Without these details we won't be able to take the action you want us to.

We deliver internationally using express courier services. Please select your country on the checkout page to see available delivery methods. If your country
is not listed please contact us and we will arrange for it to be listed asap.

When will you ship my order?
- All orders made before 11:59am will be despatched on the same day.
- Orders after that time will be despatched on the next working day.
- Orders made between 11:59am Friday and Sunday will be despatched on Monday.
- We do our best to send out your products within 24 hours, and we'll even hold our hands up in the odd occasion where we delay our order (but we promise this will not happen often).
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping cost varies on the type and weight of the products ordered, the country and the delivery method chosen. The exact delivery price is displayed on the
